This is my new all-time favorite NYC pizza. I don’t usually prefer white pizzas but the Fig & Bacon slice happened to be the most flavorful pizza because of the sweetness of the fig jam and the sweet and savory bacon. Adding their chili oil was like an explosion of flavors in the best way possible. I’m partial to red pizzas and the New Yorker slice was heavenly. Cupped pepperoni is my favorite kind of pepperoni, which they nailed. The dollops of ricotta elevated the slice. Highly, highly recommend.

Potentially unpopular opinion: Bleecker Street’s Nonna Maria is the best pizza in NYC! Every bite is an explosion of flavor; the sauce, mozzarella, and basil work together beautifully. This was a slice of heaven and my favorite food experience in NYC.

Who would’ve thought that some of my favorite tacos would be in New York? Their carne asada is immaculate—perfectly seasoned and grilled. Not many asada tacos can compare to theirs. Their adobada tacos are also heavenly.

Ippudo’s Akamaru Shinaji is in my top 3 bowls of ramen. The broth was perfection: the garlic oil and their spicy “Umami Dami” paste elevated the classic tonkotsu flavor. I also couldn’t get enough the thin noodles. Even though it was on the pricier end, it’s very worth and I highly recommend!

The famous Joe’s Pizza has its walls plastered with pictures of dozens of celebrities and claims to have the best pizza in NY. It was one of my favorites, but I think there’s better (stay tuned!). My favorite slice was the Fresh Mozzarella because of the sweetness of the sauce and the yummy mozzarella.

I found my new favorite bagel. Their pastrami-cured salmon was the best smoked salmon I’ve ever had because of its freshness and flavor. Their everything bagel was perfectly seasoned as it wasn’t too overpowering. Even the cream cheese and tomato were high quality. It’s worth trying!

Eggs Benedict is my go-to brunch order and this made it into my top 3. I’ve never had one like it and the latkes as the base instead of English muffins was genius. They were perfectly crispy and went so well with the other components. The roe caviar was like the cherry on top of this masterpiece of a dish. Highly recommend!

I appreciated how this place fuses Caribbean and New Orleans flavors! The highlight was the fried chicken’s seasoning. The chicken was also juicy and moist whereas the biscuit didn’t stand out too much. The side salad with strawberry sauce balanced the chicken sandwich very well.

I found my new favorite ice cream. Each element was executed perfectly and I was astounded by the quality. The Cookies ‘N Panna flavor was delicious. This high quality ice cream was creamy, stretchy, and even airy. To top it off, the panna, olive oil, and sea salt toppings took this ice cream to the next level. Highly, highly recommend.
