We ordered Paneer Tikka Masala and Vegetable Korma. Both were so flavorful and had great texture, but we preferred the Korma. The Garlic Naan was great, too.

Flavors of Himalaya is a great Indian restaurant in San Marcos! The Paneer Masala and Veggie Nirvana were very flavorful and the spice levels were on point. Looking forward to trying more dishes here!

Himalayan Bistro is a great Indian spot in Oceanside and their Navaratna Korma is my new favorite Korma! The creamy sauce was the highlight, which was packed with flavor and had the perfect balance of savory, sweet, and spicy. The Vegetable Curry was good, but couldn’t compare to the Korma. I highly recommend this place and will be back for their Tikka Masala!

This lunch special was such a good deal! It came with the entree, rice, naan, salad and lentils. I loved the flavor of the Butter Chicken, which balanced sweet, spicy, and savory so well. I’ll be back to try more dishes!

We ordered Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken, and Tofu Tikka Masala and all the dishes were so flavorful and creamy. They don’t mess with their spice levels here. I don’t have a great spice tolerance, but that didn’t stop me because the food was so good.

Curry Craft’s lunch buffet is truly bang for your buck. They had so many options for only $16! And the food was delicious; my favorites were the Samosas and Butter Chicken.

Himalayan Sherpa Cuisine is an excellent Indian/Himalayan restaurant in Carlsbad! I loved their Korma—it was so creamy and flavorful. It had the perfect balance of sweet and savory and their spice levels were on point. I also enjoyed their Momo!

The Chicken Korma was by far my favorite dish; I loved the flavor. The Mushroom Masala and Vegetable Samosas were great, too. The spice levels were on point for all the dishes. I wouldn’t recommend the Fried Rice though.

I loved the spice on the Chicken Tikka Masala, which was a nice, slow burn. The curry was also creamy and flavorful. I surprisingly hoped for it to be a little sweeter though, which is usually not the case with Tikka Masala. And the portions could’ve been bigger, given the price.
