The 3 Meat Combo at the Pecan Lodge was my favorite meal on the trip. The brisket was my favorite because of the fat and flavor. I loved the seasoning on the pork ribs. The pulled pork was great but could’ve used a little more flavor. Their BBQ sauce was chef’s kiss. I still prefer a couple BBQ spots in Austin and Nashville, but Pecan Lodge is definitely worth trying and I highly recommend!

It doesn’t get more Tex-Mex than Brisket Tacos at Meso Maya! The brisket was so flavorful and tender and the salsa, rice, and beans complimented the tacos so well. Highly recommend!
