Casera Latin Kitchen & Bakery in Oceanside features Peruvian and Colombian cuisine! I went with the Lomo Saltado because it’s my favorite Peruvian Dish and was excited to try my first Colombian empanada. It also came with Peruvian Chaufa rice, which was like a chicken fried rice. Everything was delicious and the portions were huge! The marinade of the beef was the highlight. I also enjoyed their Agua Panela drink. Highly recommend!
